Christian leadership is a process of serving others and leading others through the Holy Spirit, with the goal of achieving a common purpose. Christian leaders are guided by the principles of love, modesty, humility, integrity, and ethics. They also prioritize the needs of others, mentor team members, and work together to achieve shared goals.

Christian leadership is not based on worldly notions of success, such as the love of money or power. Instead, Christian leaders are inspired by the teachings of Jesus Christ, who is considered the ultimate example of a servant leader. In John 10:11, Jesus said, "I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep".

• Serving rather than being served

• Christ: The center and circumference, and calls us to community

• Community living: Helps develop godly character

• Character: Breeds competence

• Competence: Leads to our ultimate calling in God's kingdom

• Calling: Specific for each of us, and God will make His calling clear
