  The Catalyst Leader: Becoming the Man God Created You to Be. This is the seminar behind the Mighty Men retreat, including the 2023 gathering in Waikiki. Men study biblical manhood, walk through Men of the Bible, and leave with a charge they can live on Monday.

Five pillars

The retreat teaches biblical manhood as five pillars: masculine glory, undeterred faith, unwavering conviction, humble service, and sacrifice. Leadership training starts there and does not stop at the weekend.
